Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–4 business days of payment confirmation. Vinyl records may require additional handling time to ensure safe packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. You'll see all available options and costs before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship within the US via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• USPS First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• USPS First-Class Package International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
• USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
• DHL Express: 2–5 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
